Saint Furre, January 2, 2002

As more and more people transition from people to furres, I can't help but wonder. What happened to being polite and patient. You need just to walk into Allegria Island or New Haven (or any other map) and find impatient and rude furres. So, I'm asking: "What happened to Saint Furre?" What is Saint Furre? Rather, who is Saint Furre? Saint Furre incorporates everyfurre who is kind, polite, patient, caring, loving, and understanding. Granted, I'm not trying to label Furcadia as a game of heartless beasts, but I would like to see more smilies because of good things instead of evil grins.
So, being my normal nature to find out what people think, I asked around:

To Cire:
Esperi Jollen: "Do you think that a lot of furres on Furcadia are rude and impatient?"
Cire: "Yes, there are some furres that are very rude."
E. J. "And what do you think of those furres who are?"
Cire: "Well, I try not to judge anyone, but there are some who make me mad."

To Sanctimonious:
Esperi Jollen: "Do you think that a lot of furres on Furcadia are rude and impatient?"
Sanctimonious: "No."
E.J. "Have you ever come in contact with someone who was rude to you? If so, how did that make you feel?"
Sanctimonious: "Sure I have, I suppose everyone does. It doesn't really bother me, if someone is rude to me, I just won't pay attention towards him/her.

To Vap Rocket:
Esperi Jollen: "Do you think that a lot of furres on Furcadia are rude and impatient?"
Vap Rocket: "Yeah, I'm one of them. You can kindly f*** off now."

To Zece:
Esperi Jollen: "Do you think that a lot of furres on Furcadia are rude and impatient?"
Zece: "Some of them are, but there are many nice furres too."
E.J. "When you run into a rude furre, how does that make you feel?"
Zece:"It makes me feel angry, but I'm trying to be as friendly as possible. Sometimes it just doesn't work."

So, 75% of the furres I asked know that Saint Furre is on vacation. 25% don't agree with my opinion, which is fine. Even one of the people I asked admit to killing Saint Furre!

I would like to institute a challenge. Let's try to make Furcadia a nice place to come to. Someplace we would send our kids, or even our grandmothers! Let's give Saint Furre some major CPR and bring him/her back to life. I challenge you to be as nice as possible to as many furres as possible as long as possible. I believe that this will truly bring back the kind, considerate furres that I once remember from Furcadia's past. Thus, I ask: Give Saint Furre a chance!
